• Our prime objective is to take the most photographs of every participants. Four principals conditions must be present: the intensity and quality of the light, the position of the Rider and/or the Horse and the technical qualities of the photograph. We publish the photographs that acheive these factors.

WHAT TYPES OF PAYMENTS DO YOU ACCEPT?

WHEN SHOULD I USE THE DIRECT PAYMENT FORM?

• You can send your filled Order Form by mail, eMail or phone us with your order. We will send you a bill by eMail it will direct you towards the PayPal system.

DOES YOUR «ORDER FORM» OFFER MORE REBATES AND PRODUCTS?

• Yes, photoHippique Order Form offers all of our products with rebates.

DO YOU PRINT YOUR PHOTOS?

• photoHippique prints all the photos individually on a professional printer with Epson K3 pigment inks. These are certified for 125 years. Each photo are retouched and optimized. They should be mounted under glass and not exposed to direct sunlight. The croping may vary a little based on esthetics and the size chosen.
• The on line presentation does not do justice to the final product. The saturated colors and the paper quality exceeds public commercial services.
  
  We wish to offer you photos that will last at the best quality possible which explains why we do not print on site.

DIGITAL FORMAT PHOTOS?

• Digital format photos are offered for persons who wish to save and view them on there personal computer. Each photo are retouched and optimized.
• It contains five directories: high resolution photos optimized and sharpened for printing, high resolution files that are not sharpened for your other uses like your Press releases, files for your backdrops, files for your personnal Web site and files for Facebook.
• The copyright of the proofs and originals are the propriety of photoHippique.

DO YOU OPTIMIZE ALL THE PHOTOS?

• All the photo enlargements are examined, optimized and printed individually. We will communicate with you in the event that the end product would not be satisfactory.

Can YOU delete : people, vehicles, wires, buildings or other?

• On request, the photo will be analyzed to evaluate the extent of the work. In all cases, additional charges will be requested. Thank said, we review each photograph and erase/correct dust on the garments, on the horse, blisters, we clean the saddle and harness, minor defects of the skin, erase insects, we even erase drop of rain and we sharpen, saturate colors and much more…

DO YOU DO CUSTOM WORK?

• Yes we do custom work like recroping, custom retouches, presentation books, Gallery type printing, printing on Exibition quality paper, etc.
• Do not hesitate to write to us or phone us with your project. It will be a pleasure to send you a price quote.

DOYOU REIMBURSE IF YOU PRINTED THE WRONG PHOTO?

• Absolutely, we will replace promtly the photograph without charge, if we printed the wrong one.
• We do not reimburse or replace the photograph if the number of the photographs is indeed the number ordered on the Order Form.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

• Please allow fifteen (15) workdays for delivery, after receipt of payment. The copyright of the proofs and originals are the propriety of photoHippique. Do not hesitate to contact us if you wish to inquirer on you order status.

WHAT IS YOUR SATISFACTION GUARANTY?

• All enlargements are optimized and printed individually. We will fully reimburse you if the enlargements that does not achieve the usual industry standards. These must be returned within ten (10) days.
• Please take note that the guaranty does not apply for digital products because of the ease of reproduction.
